Papers reporting original and unpublished research results pertaining to the related topics are solicited. Full paper manuscripts must be in English of up to 7 pages as per instructions given below (Pages can be more than 7, by paying extra charges):

 

1. Length: The length of the submitted manuscript should fall between 3,500 to 6,000 words, 12pt, single-spaced text, left-justified.

 

2. Copy editing and proofreading: Manuscripts should be submitted grammatically and stylistically adequate.

 

3. Manuscripts should include a thorough literature review and adequate reference citations (manuscript should include approximately 25-30 references to assert a high level of rigor). All material that is paraphrased or quoted from another source is substantiated with an in-text reference citation. Manuscripts and references must strictly follow APA (American Psychological Association) style.

 

4.Submissions should include the title, author(s), affiliation(s), e-mail address(es), abstract, and postal address(es) on the first page.

Papers will be selected based on their originality, timeliness, significance, relevance, and clarity of presentation. Paper submission implies the intent of at least one of the authors to register and present the paper, if accepted. 

The authors shall ensure uploading the revised version as per the comments/ observations made by the reviewers by as per the instructions in the acceptance mail. No plea shall be entertained if the authors fail to upload the paper by the due date. 

After a double-blind peer review, qualifying Regular Papers may be accepted as either Full Papers or Short Papers. 


OPTION A (Default)

Abstracts only of all accepted papers will be published ONLINE in open access with ISSN in the journals (indexed in IET INSPEC, Google Scholar, Index Copernicus, ProQuest etc.).


OPTION B

Under this option, the authors may choose to get their full paper published in the conference proceedings as well as in ESCI/SCOPUS indexed journals. It may be noted that

  • proceedings will be published ONLINE in UGC approved journals and shall bear an ISSN number.
  • an EXTENDED version of papers may further be submitted in any of the SCOPUS/ESCI/WoS indexed journals. However, the work has to be extended at least by 40%.
  • it is mandatory that paper must meet the aim and scope of the preferred journal(s). 
  • the paper review, acceptance and publication is a process time of about 3-4 months minimum, so authors need to be patient till the process continues. Decision on the paper will be communicated at the earliest possible.
  • all such papers (extended versions) will be further reviewed by the editorial board of your preferred journal. It should be noted that the editorial board may further ask for revision OR accept OR reject the paper. Decision of the editorial board shall be a binding. 
  • if paper is rejected by EiC due to "out of the scope of the journal OR any other reason", the decision wont be reverted.The papers will NOT be published and conference organizers will not entertain any communication/ request for publication of the paper.

Presentation in  Absentia: 

The author(s) who intend to submit their work but are unable to attend the conference in absentia may register for "Presentation in Absentia".  

If you are a single author and cannot attend the conference, you may choose to attend the conference in Absentia by paying the registration fee for "Presenting in Absentia". You shall be sent a Certificate of Participation in Absentia, Conference Proceedings CD and relevant literature by mail.

   

The Authors may choose to present their paper through SKYPE.



Abstracts only of accepted papers/Conference proceedings will be published ONLINE in open acess in the following journals (indexed in IET INSPEC, Google Scholar, Index Copernicus, ProQuest etc.):

Post conference, as per authors option, extended versions of selected papers will be reviewed for possible publication in any of the following SCOPUS (Elsevier) or Clarivate Analytics (formerly THOMSON REUTERS) (ESCI) indexed journals with H index or impact factor : 

Selected papers would be invited as contributed papers to ELSEVIER "International Journal of Critical Infrastructure Protection (IJCIP)". 


For ELSEVIER's IJCIP, only such papers dealing with "Protection of Critical National infrastructure" line Grids, Power Plants, Pipe Lines Ports etc. will be considered for further processing. Articles dealing with Cryptography/ Network protocols etc WILL not be considered for publication.

Note: 
  1. Authors may choose their preference of journal during Registration.
  2. It is mandatory that Papers must meet the aim and scope of the preferred journal.
  3. The publication of papers in any journal may take 2-12 months.

Previous Conferences

The two-day Conferences had Plenary sessions with experts in cyber security. Paper sessions, Panel discussions, Virtual Lab presentation. Participants from more than 5 countries including Netherlands, Poland, UK, USA, Canada, India, Saudi Arabia, Korea and Africa, deliberated in the Conference.


Selected high quality papers were reviewed for possible publication in SCOPUS (ELSEVIER) or THOMSON REUTERS (SCI) indexed journals and after revision by authors as per the reviewers comments they are being published in the following journals:
